Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Apache Airflow expertise to customers to help them use the managed Airflow service effectively.
  • •Solve challenging Airflow problems for customers, including optimizing configuration and identifying bugs.
  • •Own the customer experience by prioritizing and resolving issues, meeting SLAs, and providing “white glove” guidance to production.
  • •Work on side projects up to 20% of the time, such as contributing to the open-source Airflow repository or building internal monitoring/alerting systems.
  • •Maintain 24x7 coverage through a specified 6-hour pager period and participate in paid on-call rotation for weekend coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Data engineering background.
  • •4 years of experience with Python.
  • •1 year of experience in Airflow administration and DAG creation.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containers.
