Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and installation as work orders require.
  • •Perform fulfillment of assigned work orders and timely completion of unforeseen repairs.
  • •Follow GMP, sanitation, and safety practices, including inventory maintenance, housekeeping, and compliance with safety and environmental laws.
  • •Clean and lubricate machinery components and repair/replace related equipment such as gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
  • •Repair and assess mechanical and electrical issues; support maintenance of pipe systems, hydraulic steam, and pneumatic equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in maintenance related field preferred.
  • •2+ years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing with troubleshooting ability.
  • •Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitation, and safety standards for food manufacturing.
  • •PLC experience preferred.
  • •Experience using welding, cutting, and machine/hand tools; ability to support high-speed packaging and refrigeration (ammonia).
