Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple production facilities, ensuring consistent quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • •Lead and build production capabilities across a portfolio of products, balancing investment, capacity, and talent allocation across product lines and programs.
  • •Drive production strategy, including facility footprint decisions, make-vs-buy analyses, capital deployment planning, and workforce sizing aligned to forecasts; own the AFS production P&L.
  • •Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, schedule, and cost across multiple production sites, including expansions.
  • •Partner with R&D, sales, and engineering to lead new product introduction efforts and develop production lines and processes to meet customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • •15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 7-10 years in a senior/executive role overseeing organizations of 500+ employees.
  • •Proven track record leading large, complex multi-site manufacturing operations and scaling international manufacturing.
  • •Experience managing simultaneous product ramps across multiple facilities and scaling international manufacturing operations.
  • •Deep expertise establishing operational excellence frameworks using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
