Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop engineering designs, material specs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; ensure compliance with standards and validate field work and as-built drawings.
  • •Manage project execution by directing vendors and contractors and coordinating schedules with plant personnel.
  • •Plan and implement design layouts by partnering with vendors/contractors; review consultant work and maintain project documentation.
  • •Conduct pre-project planning and reviews: define scope, prepare and evaluate proposals, and provide regular status reports.
  • •Drive people leadership through coaching and employee development; manage bid packages, contract administration, budgets, and installation monitoring to meet specifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience including team development and management.
  • •Apply engineering principles to operational and design issues.
  • •Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling.
  • •Project Management and Contract Administration skills, including ability to interpret national codes and standards, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
