Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the execution of regional EHS strategies for safe, sustainable, high-performing datacenter operations.
  • •Lead regulatory compliance programs, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations aligned to global and local standards.
  • •Partner with vendors and colocation providers to strengthen EHS governance, risk controls, and operational readiness.
  • •Champion a proactive safety culture via training, leadership engagement, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • •Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data center, hyperscale, or colocation environments with regional/global scope.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • •Experience managing EHS programs through third-party vendors and partner ecosystems.
  • •Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED (or equivalent such as BLS/ALS).
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA 29/30, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, DOT, Clean Water Act, and RCRA requirements; familiarity with FEMA ICS and NIMS (ICS 100 and NIMS 700).
