Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, own, and drive the enterprise-wide Technology Resilience strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead large-scale initiatives improving HA, DR, and Backup capabilities across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
  • •Establish and manage governance frameworks (policies, standards, controls) for HA, DR, and Backup based on business criticality.
  • •Oversee assurance and continuous improvement through failover testing, backup/restore validation, DR simulations, and tabletop exercises.
  • •Manage budget and vendor relationships; serve as the central communication point and present executive updates on program status, risks, and resilience posture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,900 - 242,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or technology leadership, with a track record managing large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • •Deep understanding of Technology Resilience principles, including expert knowledge in at least one pillar (HA/Site Reliability, DR, or Enterprise Backup).
  • •Mastery of program/project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, building business cases, and handling vendor negotiations and relationships.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
