Key Responsibilities

•Own the logistics operating model and cross-functional partnerships that enable scalable, high-quality logistics across European markets.
•Lead carrier performance and pricing health in international markets by monitoring metrics, managing rate structures, and driving accountability with carrier partners.
•Build and run operational response to shipping disruptions by owning playbooks for fast, reliable resolution across jurisdictions.
•Drive international carrier strategy and inform the product roadmap by identifying market gaps and surfacing prioritized opportunities.
•Navigate European logistics regulatory and compliance complexity, including customs, duties, and VAT requirements, in partnership with senior leaders.

Salary: GBP 131,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, logistics, carrier operations, cross-border commerce).
•Deep hands-on logistics experience in European markets, including carrier relationship management, customs/compliance navigation, and regional fulfillment operations.
•Proven track record building and scaling logistics programs in high-growth environments, operating at both strategic and execution levels.
•Strong understanding of carrier economics and multi-carrier, multi-market logistics networks across the UK and EU.
•Advanced analytical judgment with proficiency in data analysis/reporting tools; SQL or analytics platform experience (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex) is a plus.
