Sales Support Associate I

Support the store’s success by welcoming customers, operating the cash wrap/POS accurately, and keeping the sales floor well-maintained. Process and organize shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, execute visual merchandising updates, and maintain stockroom cleanliness. Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and respond confidently to customer requests while following Loss Prevention guidelines.
