Prepare and plate food items using standardized recipes, ensuring correct portions, presentation, and rotation in a fast-paced kitchen. Coordinate prep with kitchen staff, maintain safety and sanitation standards (including grills, ovens, stoves, and walk-in cooler), and keep the floor clear of hazards. Perform opening and closing duties, set up your station for each shift, and assist other kitchen roles as needed.
