Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage escalations from the field and track projects to delivery
  • •Coordinate with R&D, Customer Support and Sales to align on feature development and issue resolution
  • •Capture customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • •Monitor project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
  • •Communicate status and next steps clearly to stakeholders across functions

Key Requirements

  • •Have previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
  • •Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • •Have prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
  • •Possess knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
  • •Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests, with good judgement on case severity and business impact
