•Screen and assess candidates for both specialized technical excellence and cultural alignment.
•Run high-velocity, high-quality hiring processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate post-interview debriefs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
•Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in highly competitive infrastructure and energy markets.
•Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their technical requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.

•Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted talent advisor rather than just a process manager.
•Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization, from technical engineering leads to executives.
