•Strategic Vision for Discovery: Own the long-term roadmap for On’s visibility across the 'Search Everywhere' landscape, moving the organization from tracking rankings to mastering 'entity authority' and AI recall.
•Ecosystem Intelligence: Lead the analysis of the non-linear customer journey, using advanced clickstream and behavioral data to identify where consumers shift trust toward generative AI and social platforms.
•Technical Authority on Retrieval: Define technical standards for machine-readable, summarization-ready product data and mitigate AI hallucinations about On’s technology.
•Global Market Orchestration: Navigate international search ecosystems to ensure On’s narrative is consistent across languages and algorithms.
•Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Paid and Organic Search, Content, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize budgets and content pipelines.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in technical SEO and search analytics with a proven track record solving complex visibility problems
•Proficient in Python and SQL; comfortable working with large-scale datasets and server logs
•Experience designing and guiding scalable ETL pipelines and data-driven dashboards
•Ability to translate linguistic analytics into actionable business terms for senior stakeholders
•Strong collaboration skills across Paid/Organic Search, Content, Marketing, and Product teams
