Sourcing Manager

Shape and execute a global sourcing strategy to secure the right partners, capacity, and capabilities for Gymshark’s product categories. Act as the central contact for sourcing activities, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement, dual sourcing, and tier capacity planning. Lead and develop the Sourcing Executive, deliver costing and margin targets, and roll out sourcing SOPs while ensuring ethical and sustainable purchasing standards.
