Sr HR Generalist

Manage HR initiatives to support effective human resources across the organization. Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and support talent management. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues, assist with recruitment through interviewing and onboarding, and help ensure compliance with local labor laws. Report to the Director of HR and work onsite in El Paso, TX.
