Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product operating cadence, including planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and operating rituals.
  • •Run the launch motion end to end across cards, payments, and platform, including readiness, partner enablement, internal rollout, CX prep, and post-launch measurement.
  • •Build and run partner feedback loops, capturing input from fintech, neobank, and institutional partners and turning it into prioritized product signals.
  • •Stand up tooling, dashboards, and documentation such as partner trackers, release notes, status communications, and internal knowledge bases.
  • •Drive operational excellence by improving metrics hygiene, running postmortems and decision logs, and removing friction across process, tooling, communication, and decision-making.
