Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee offal screening, DAF, sludge production/dewatering, and chemical mixing/injection systems while maintaining compliance and PPE usage.
  • •Monitor and operate offal equipment and machinery such as tumble screens, augers, pumps, motors, dewatering equipment, compressors, and chemical feed equipment.
  • •Drive jockey truck to move full and empty trailers and tankers; observe fill levels on trailers and tankers.
  • •Monitor mechanical wastewater equipment and measure/monitor wastewater chemicals such as santiquan, polymer, caustics, and washing soaps.
  • •Perform cleanup and housekeeping for assigned work areas and coordinate pickup/delivery times with third-party drivers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivate, and use good judgment to make decisions.
  • •Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with pumps, valves, and irrigation systems.
  • •Experience required to operate offal trailers/tankers and must be able to drive a tractor (valid GA driver license required; good driving record).
  • •Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
  • •Must wear and follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety policies.
