Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on rotating equipment onsite, including pumps, compressors, seals, and related machinery. Safely work across shop and process areas and in confined or elevated environments, completing required training and participating in safety meetings. Oversee millwright apprentices, fabricate parts when needed, and use precision tolerances to make running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls. Maintain accurate reliability data entry.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform safe maintenance and repairs on rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, ventilation, agitators, seals, hoists).
•Bolt/unbolt piping and equipment using proper torque and gasketing; maintain threaded piping connections.
•Work safely in all environments, including confined space, elevated locations, and all weather conditions.
•Oversee millwright apprentices and provide direction/assistance when needed.
•Complete training, participate in safety meetings/improvements, and enter timely reliability data.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or GED.
•Willing to work weekends and holidays, and overtime as required.
•Ability to work a 4-10 schedule and/or 5-8 schedule with occasional overtime; participate in after-hours call rotation.
•Current, valid US driver’s license and ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
•Preferred: Millwright Journeyman card and/or NCCER certification in Millwright or a mechanical craft.
