Key Responsibilities

•Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
•Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
•Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners across the region.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company growth strategy.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
•Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
•Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
•Proven track record of managing the full sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
•Conversational English and Arabic required
