Key Responsibilities

•Build and run the Growth segment by scaling 6–8+ pods and the BD org that feeds each segment, adding leadership and inbound sales teams as you scale.
•Own new ACV and NRR for Growth, along with company-wide sourced-pipeline targets reviewed weekly with the CRO.
•Design the demand funnel, including inbound routing/qualification, outbound plays, deal-size floors to move upmarket, and an inside-sales lane for sub-$15k deals.
•Hire and develop a Growth Revenue Manager bench, coaching and up-leveling talent so managers promote into enterprise selling teams.
•Instrument performance metrics (conversion by stage, ASP progression, speed to first meeting) and rebuild plays monthly based on data.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in SaaS sales with 4+ years leading enterprise, mid-market, or velocity sales teams, including owning a BD or SDR function.
•Have personally built a greenfield high-velocity motion (coverage model, cadence design, comp mechanics), not just operated one.
•A track record growing ASP, including moving segments to $50k–$100k standard deals and explaining how you did it.
•Experience with consumption-based or PLG revenue where product usage is the pipeline signal.
•Daily fluency using AI tools for prospecting and research (Clay, Gong, Claude, or equivalents), and driving your team to match it.
