Branch Manager - Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Lead and manage a bank branch to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve branch goals. Build and coach a sales team, grow small business relationships through retention, expansion, and acquisition, and execute the Branch Playbook. Ensure branch operations, compliance, security, and internal controls are followed, including timely completion of operational tasks. Serve as a community leader, leverage centers of influence, and work with internal partners to deepen client relationships.
