Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate order flow steps that transform customer orders into deliveries, including production order processing, procurement, and supply of materials and consumables.
  • •Drive demand forecasting/planning, sales & operational planning, material resource planning, and capacity setting aligned to budget, forecast, and demand.
  • •Manage inventory to match demand with minimal inventory and optimize inventory management performance.
  • •Oversee distribution and transportation, including warehousing supervision and transport cost/efficiency optimization.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and performance reporting via monthly management reports and KPIs (e.g., DIFOTIS, on-time delivery, on-time in-full, out of stock, DIO).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Management or Engineering (preferably) and preferably 3 years of supply chain experience in a production environment.
  • •Experience leading a team and building capability, including succession planning and performance management.
  • •ERP and SAP knowledge.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • •Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in FMCG production supply chain.
