Job Summary

Monitor and analyze client security data within a global Cyber Defense Centre (24/7), using SIEM and other security tools to detect incidents, perform threat hunting, and generate security event reporting. Tune MSSP platforms and client SIEMs to improve detection and analysis, handle incidents end to end, and recommend systems changes. Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams, maintain documentation, and support service delivery against SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) team to monitor, analyze, interpret, and report incoming client security data.
•Tune MSSP platform and client SIEM to enable more efficient detection, analysis, and reporting.
•Monitor security tools and logs from client environments, and perform threat hunting across individual and cross-client estates.
•Handle security incidents end to end, including incident detection and response from tools such as endpoint protection and enterprise detection/response, with attack, malware, and forensics analysis.
•Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams for customer interactions and bridge calls; maintain SOPs/run books and documentation, and propose improvements and automations.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned experience in SOC analysis operations and SIEM usage for investigations.
•Seasoned experience with security technologies such as firewall, IPS, IDS, and proxy.
•Seasoned experience handling security incidents end to end, including incident diagnosis and resolution.
•Seasoned experience configuring and managing security controls and tools such as SIEM, firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, and honeypots.
•Bachelor's degree (or relevant qualification) in IT/computing or a related field; security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous.
