Job Summary

Own the end-to-end development and delivery of customer Proof-of-Concept (POC) labs, partnering with business units, content developers, partners, and account teams. Design, document, and test Enterprise Networking and Nexus (NX) POC content, create design/test plans, and lead engineering efforts from introduction through build and delivery. Use tools like Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project, and provide escalation support by coordinating fixes and updating the support knowledge base.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize, and organize project tasks; strategize and communicate POC goals; provide status reporting from third-party developers.
•Design, develop, document, and deliver customer POC content focused on Enterprise Networking and Nexus (NX), aligned to POC objectives.
•Collaborate with account teams, Technical Marketing Engineers (TMEs), content developers, partners, and customers to extract requirements and create design/test plans.
•Lead POC engineering from introduction through build, testing, and final delivery, working with a multidisciplinary engineering team.
•Serve as first point of contact for POC escalations, coordinating fixes, updating the Support Knowledge Base, and training Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers.

Key Requirements

•CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent experience.
•Strong background in Routing, Switching, and Security protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, DMVPN, IPSec, NAT, Trustsec, LISP, VXLAN, EVPN, and 802.1x.
•Experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, including controller deployment (on-premise and cloud), template/policy management, and Cloud On-Ramp for Multi-Cloud.
•Expertise in Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA), including Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) deployment and management, SWIM, templates, Plug-and-Play, and SD-Access Fabric.
•Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft Office365, plus familiarity with VMware vCenter and virtual machines.
