Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for Air Dominance and Strike Production roles, partnering with operations and program leaders to define hiring needs and close exceptional talent. Source and manage high-volume pipelines using tools and data-driven approaches, speak fluently about manufacturing realities (takt time, throughput, yield), and translate role gaps into throughput and revenue impact. Build scalable recruiting strategies through process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline while keeping open communication with stakeholders.
•Partner with operations and program leaders to understand the product roadmap and manufacturing realities, then pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
•Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
•Build deep trust with leaders through consistency and execution of recruiting deliverables.
•Track and analyze pipeline and performance data, then turn findings into a data-driven narrative and scalable recruiting strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, taking new requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
•Deep fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including recruiting roles such as manufacturing engineers, test engineers, design engineers, purchasers, buyers, and industrial engineers.
•Operationally minded approach: identify problems early and bring solutions while earning trust from manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
•Strong closing and negotiation skills, including experience negotiating offers with seasoned negotiators.
