  • •Support learners, instructors, and training leads by responding to queries and resolving basic system issues.
  • •Maintain learning content, recordings, and the SharePoint Online learning site.
  • •Support communications and promotion of courses and learning events.
  • •Own day-to-day L&D activities, manage priorities, and identify process improvements, coordinating with Finance and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • •(For technical positions) Bachelor’s degree in STEM and less than 2 years of relevant experience, unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • •Experience in L&D, training coordination, HR, customer support, project coordination, or administration.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Good knowledge of digital tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint; strong English communication skills.
