Job Summary

Lead the operational build-out of a values-based wealth management platform in the UAE, owning payments and banking integrations end to end. Drive launch readiness, testing, go-live, and post-launch monitoring while improving operating procedures, reconciliation routines, incident management, controls, and audit trails. Partner with Investments, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and external banking/payment/KYC partners to ensure operational quality, service levels, and continually strengthened workflows as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead operational delivery of payments and banking initiatives/integrations with strong reconciliation and controls.
•Scope operational requirements and coordinate with Product and Engineering to drive end-to-end launches and integrations (readiness, testing, go-live, monitoring).
•Build and document scalable operating procedures, approvals, reconciliations, and audit trails to support growth.
•Develop scalable, well-controlled operational processes, reconciliation routines, incident management, and reporting; partner with Customer Support on escalations.
•Manage operational relationships with banking, payment, execution, custody, technology, and KYC partners, ensuring service levels and operational quality.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years across fintech/platform operations, wealth-management or investment operations, payments, or banking operations.
•Hands-on experience running operations for a digital platform, owning money flows, monitoring operational health, and resolving systemic issues.
•Experience leading integrations and product launches end to end, coordinating central/remote teams and external vendors to deadlines.
•Track record delivering operations in a regulated environment, with familiarity with UAE (onshore/DIFC/ADGM) and/or UK (FCA) frameworks.
•Ability to design and document operational processes, controls, and audit trails from scratch with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
