Job Summary

Senior Value Engineer responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end value journey of Celonis’ Process Intelligence Platform. You translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, build business cases and demos, run value workshops, and present value to C-level executives to land, expand, adopt and renew partnerships across banking. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Partners and Celonis Services to drive measurable business impact.

•Identify and frame value by translating customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, building demos and business cases, and communicating opportunities to C-Level executives.
•Realize value by facilitating value workshops, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and presenting results to senior management.
•Scale value by owning the end-to-end value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) and building strategic expansion roadmaps within customer organizations.
•Collaborate with Celonis Sales, Partners and Services to accelerate adoption and drive measurable business impact across processes and industries.
•Provide feedback to product teams to enhance Celonis platform based on new use cases and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis and process improvement in a customer-facing environment (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting) or similar enterprise context.
•Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows; knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
•Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, and training users/process owners to realize value.
•Experience in planning and managing project scopes, timelines and coordinating with partners across ecosystems.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders in English.
