Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end onboarding of new and existing derivative trading counterparties.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact for derivative and collateral onboarding requests, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • •Coordinate KYC and reverse-KYC activity, including documentation requests, screening, and due diligence queries.
  • •Set up and maintain counterparty, agreement, and portfolio configurations in Aladdin, including counterparty setup across FXALL, Tradeweb, DTCC, and MarkitWire.
  • •Coordinate derivative legal documentation (e.g., ISDA, CSA, GMRA, CDEA, IM CSD, ACA agreements) and support requirements relating to variation margin, initial margin, and EMIR delegated reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in derivatives or collateral onboarding in an asset management or closely related financial services environment.
  • •Understanding of derivative products and associated legal documentation, including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and CDEA agreements.
  • •Knowledge of variation margin and initial margin requirements.
  • •Experience with KYC, due diligence, and documentation processes, including operational and regulatory requirements for derivatives.
