Job Summary

Develop next-generation Ultra-Low-End networking switches for cloud-connected edge customers. Lead cross-functional design reviews and create system block diagrams across major networking ASIC and CPU suppliers. Own switch design activities including schematics/layout review, system bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, and yield bring-up with ODM/JDM partners. Partner with product management and software platform teams during NPI to bring products to market and triage sustaining-stage customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Specify technical product documentation and lead cross-functional reviews.
•Architect system block diagrams with networking ASIC and CPU suppliers.
•Design networking switches, including schematics/layout review, system bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, and yield bring-up with ODM/JDM partners.
•Collaborate with component suppliers on next-generation high-performance, cost-effective technology.
•Partner with product management and software platform teams through NPI phases to bring products to market and triage sustaining-stage customer issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of networking equipment hardware system or server/HPC design experience.
•Experience with high-speed Ethernet switches (25G and above) and CPU (Intel, AMD, ARM) card work in datacenter switches or server/HPC environments.
•Hands-on experience with schematics/layout, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and system-level testing.
•Experience collaborating with software platform teams on system bring-up/porting and device configuration (registers level).
•Good English communication skills.
