Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, build Celonis business cases and demos, and run value workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • •Identify and frame value by translating strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and communicating value opportunities to C-level executives.
  • •Realize value by facilitating business value workshops, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and presenting results to senior management.
  • •Scale value by owning the end-to-end customer value journey, planning expansion, adoption and renewal strategies, and feeding feedback to product teams.
  • •Collaborate with partners and Celonis Services to drive measurable business impact across processes and industries and accelerate platform adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting role.
  • •Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred; good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications and building dashboards, apps and action flows.
  • •Experience with process mining tools and technologies is preferred; familiarity with RPA and BI tools is a plus.
  • •Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures; capable change agent and trainer for users/process owners.
  • •Domain knowledge across supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial.
