Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful execution of capital projects by managing processes, maintaining compliance, and developing project management standards.
  • •Oversee capital programs at manufacturing facilities to improve cost, quality, service, and safety with the Production Engineering Leadership (PEL) team.
  • •Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams, partnering with HR on leadership development and performance improvement.
  • •Identify and evaluate automation and technologies, and optimize equipment and infrastructure based on technical and economic feasibility.
  • •Manage capital project budgets, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and promote food and safety programs.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 242,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field plus 12+ years of engineering management experience (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of leadership experience including team development and management.
  • •Prior experience as a Project Manager (or similar role).
  • •Experience leading multiple, complex, major capital investments.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
