Senior Director, Engineering

Lead and manage multiple capital projects across Smithfield manufacturing locations, ensuring compliant execution and measurable improvements in cost, quality, service, and safety. Partner with the Production Engineering Leadership (PEL) team and Engineering Leadership to shape long-term technical strategy, optimize infrastructure and equipment, and drive continuous improvement. Manage teams across Maintenance, Capital Project Management, Infrastructure, and Engineering Services, oversee budgets, and promote food and safety programs.
