Source, recruit, and hire talent for global go-to-market teams, with a focus on post-sales roles such as Customer Success and Global Services & Support. Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, and screen candidates while running debriefs. Use recruiting metrics and dashboard reporting to improve pipeline flow, scale recruiting processes, and mentor fellow recruiting team peers.
