Job Summary

Lead Cyera’s ANZ sales team as a first-line leader, driving consistent execution of sales methodology and best practices while ensuring effective CRM use. Coach and mentor Account Executives on prospecting, key account management, and ongoing account maintenance. Review sales activity and pipeline performance, support deal outcomes, and identify territory growth opportunities. Guide relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners while recruiting and escalating when needed.

•Lead the Sales Team in sales methodology and best practices, ensuring proper use of the CRM system.
•Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and feedback to Account Executives on prospecting, key account management, and account maintenance.
•Conduct periodic business reviews including sales call activity, lead follow-up, and AE prospecting/performance.
•Assess team skill sets and guide coaching to reinforce sales methodologies and support career direction.
•Identify territory growth needs, assist recruiting/interviewing, and act as escalation point for customers and channel partners while guiding key relationship management.
