Job Summary

Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) using the Cato SASE Cloud Platform to replace legacy VPNs. Administer Cato Management Application, SD-WAN, and security policies (FWaaS, IPS, CASB, SWG), and monitor performance across global PoPs. Integrate with IdPs for IAM and MFA, troubleshoot ZTNA and application connectivity issues with packet analysis, and provide L2/L3 production support while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy, configure, and manage Cato ZTNA solutions for secure remote and branch access, replacing legacy VPN architectures with Zero Trust Network Access.
•Administer the Cato Management Application (CMA) and configure SD-WAN and security policies (FWaaS, IPS, CASB, SWG), including traffic steering and network segmentation.
•Integrate ZTNA with Identity Providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, ADFS), implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), and enforce least-privilege access policies for users, devices, and applications.
•Troubleshoot user access failures, tunnel connectivity, and application access via ZTNA; perform packet analysis and provide L2/L3 support for production issues.
•Configure and manage IPsec tunnels and Cato Socket deployments, monitor using Cato dashboards, generate reports, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with the Cato Networks SASE platform and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts.
•Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, plus routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
•Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco) and VPN technologies including IPsec and SSL VPN.
•Ability to integrate with Identity Providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, ADFS), implement MFA, and enforce least-privilege access policies.
•Experience troubleshooting ZTNA issues such as user access failures, tunnel connectivity, and application access, including packet analysis.
