Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue for small business and mass affluent clients through appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required training.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations stakeholders to promote “One Team” culture within the branch.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience/performance.
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer registration and applicable NMLS background check.
