Key Responsibilities

•Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing with equitable outcomes across the funnel.
•Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and up-level talent decisions, including constructive pushback on outdated processes.
•Leverage quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., funnel conversions, time to fill, pass-through rates) to identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend improvements.
•Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach for underrepresented communities.
•Prototype and pressure-test new AI-assisted tools, workflows, or systems to make recruitment faster or better; strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.

•A data-informed mindset using funnel metrics and hiring trends to influence and improve outcomes.
•Strong communication, relationship-building, and inclusive hiring advocacy, including confidence to challenge assumptions when evidence points elsewhere.
