•Undertakes Agile Planning techniques focused on incremental delivery of customer value with team, Product Owner, Product Manager and other valued stakeholders
•Helps create excellent collaboration between the Product Owners and the Development Team
•Coach and guide development teams on how to get the most out of self-organization and Agile practices
•Facilitates communication across all team members
