Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineering professionals, including succession planning and capability growth.
  • •Provide technical leadership and governance to ensure consistent application of engineering standards, quality processes, and best practices.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement of engineering systems, templates, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • •Support project teams through technical guidance, review, and quality assurance, promoting knowledge sharing across WSP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or eligibility to obtain chartership.
  • •Approximately 18+ years' experience in mining, resources, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and technical disciplines.
  • •Proven experience in project delivery, risk management, quality assurance, and engineering governance.
