Job Summary

Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for professional services within Unit4’s ERP platform. Define feature outcomes and success metrics, lead a prioritized backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, and translate PSO market knowledge into investment-backed requirements. Serve as the internal authority and vertical voice across product, marketing, sales, and customer success, engaging customers and monitoring competitive and compliance trends to drive end-to-end value and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Professional Services vertical product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned to platform strategy and growth targets.
•Define and track feature outcomes (adoption, usage, and customer impact goals) and success metrics after launch.
•Lead a prioritized product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, including release plans and quality criteria.
•Serve as the internal authority for the vertical, partnering with product, marketing, analyst relations, and pre-sales teams to position and sell effectively.
•Translate PSO market knowledge into investment-backed product requirements and solution blueprints, engaging customers to validate roadmap direction and co-innovate.

Salary: EUR 110,788 - 121,863

Key Requirements

•Proven product management experience building enterprise SaaS platforms (ERP/PSA experience preferred) shipped for professional services organizations.
•Deep understanding of professional services business models, including utilization, engagement profitability, billing models, and partner economics.
•Strong command of core PSO processes such as project accounting and billing, project planning/execution, time & expense management, and resource planning.
•A point of view on how AI is reshaping professional services pricing and how it impacts the ERP software required.
•Commercial orientation and excellent communication skills to influence in a matrixed environment with C-suite and practitioners.
