Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for timely and accurate completion of Investor AML support workload, including transaction monitoring and screening alerts.
  • •Lead review of investor documentation and information in adherence with Northern Trust AML processes and procedures.
  • •Coordinate with reporting partners to highlight outstanding due diligence documentation and escalate material issues to the Investor AML Department in Ireland.
  • •Handle escalated complex problems and support queries from other Northern Trust partners, working with teams in Bangalore, Pune, and Ireland.
  • •Own completion of support services for Ireland & UK Investor AML processes and provide regular updates, while promoting enhancements to AML processes and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and procedures and the wider funds administration business.
  • •Previous experience in an Investor AML servicing role.
  • •Strong organisational and communication skills with effective risk management.
  • •Ability to research and understand complex issues and deliver solutions agreed with line management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting (CA or ICWA Inter/Master degree/IAQ/IOC or equivalent) plus experience in Audit/Operational Control/Risk or equivalent.
