Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the global benefits and leave philosophy, including “global consistency, local relevance,” as new markets are added.
  • •Lead plan design and redesign across the US and international footprint (10+ markets), balancing impact, competitiveness, and cost.
  • •Grow and develop the global benefits team across the US and EMEA, setting priorities and operating standards for employee service delivery.
  • •Oversee the annual benefits cycle end to end (renewals, open enrollment, plan changes, carrier transitions, and new-country launches) and scale the leave of absence program.
  • •Manage global vendor/broker relationships and spend, including RFPs, negotiations, compliance with local regulations, and benefits budget modeling with Finance.

Salary: USD 227,100 - 340,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in benefits, including 3+ years leading and developing a team in a high-growth technology environment.
  • •Deep US benefits expertise across health and welfare plan design, 401(k), leave, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state equivalents).
  • •International experience designing or administering benefits in EMEA and/or APAC, including understanding statutory minimums.
  • •Strategic and hands-on ability to present plan-design recommendations to executives and resolve detailed operational issues.
  • •Experience managing benefits vendors and brokers, including running RFPs, negotiating renewals, and holding partners accountable globally.
