Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze program and project schedules, including relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.
  • •Collect, update, and QA/QC scheduling data; investigate schedule variances and support informed decision-making.
  • •Support basic schedule development, including WBS maintenance and scheduling activity support for coding implementation.
  • •Create conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types and monitor scheduling issues using best practices and standards.
  • •Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc reports and analyses; participate in scheduling meetings as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent demonstrated education and/or experience).

  • •Familiarity with schedule development, data sources, and producing scheduling reports.
  • •Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting methods.
  • •Understanding of CPM scheduling concepts, scope control/change management principles, and earned value methodology.
