Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the TD&L team of talent development professionals, including mentorship and development of people managers and portfolio leads.
  • •Oversee global talent management programs such as talent systems cycles, promotion cycles, 360 feedback, and succession planning.
  • •Optimize Global Onboarding with the Sr. Manager of Learning to improve cultural integration and time-to-productivity.
  • •Guide leadership development initiatives by integrating leadership behaviors and launching development and coaching programs for key talent cohorts.
  • •Build AI capability through enablement programs and integrate AI fluency into performance management; measure and report KPIs and translate talent data into insights.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience, including leading talent programs and teams in hypergrowth tech environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams and building bench strength.
  • •Deep knowledge of talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, and 360 feedback.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs across leadership levels.
  • •Hands-on learning design and infrastructure experience, including LMS and learning technology tools; plus strong AI fluency with comfort operating at AI-driven pace.
