Job Summary

Lead engineering change management and document control across North American operations, ensuring accurate engineering data and compliance with internal and customer requirements. Own ECR tracking and stakeholder communications, maintain part setup in Plex, and support feasibility assessments. Oversee document control and DCS practices aligned to IATF/VDA needs, while analyzing engineering data for asset utilization, productivity (OEE), and capacity to enable on-time, cost-effective changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for engineering data impacting customer, supplier, and internal changes.
•Track ECR progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Ensure accurate part setup in Plex, including routings, BOMs, and part weights.
•Oversee document control by uploading files, applying naming standards, managing permissions, and tracking approvals.
•Maintain the documentation control system (DCS) to IATF/VDA and customer-specific requirements, and analyze engineering data for asset utilization and capacity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Technology or Business (preferred).
•Experience with documentation standards and workflows (required).
•Ability to use Plex or similar ERP systems, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (required).
•Project leadership, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills (preferred).
•Familiarity with financial processes such as costing, quoting, and purchase orders (preferred).
