Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and ensure production remains smooth and efficient.
  • •Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise results; coach, counsel, and discipline employees; enforce systems and procedures.
  • •Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, and implementing cost reductions.
  • •Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting shift production summaries.
  • •Maintain safe and clean environment by educating and directing personnel on control points, equipment, and resources; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment, and workflows in the water supply and distribution industry.
  • •Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee production teams, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • •Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills required.
