Job Summary

Support the growth and day-to-day management of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain by partnering with the Account Management team. Help monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in executing growth strategies and initiatives. Prepare performance reports and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams for needs and escalations, and support rollout of training and best practices.

•Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
•Prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights; coordinate cross-functional teams and help roll out training programs and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•Experience in account management, operations, consulting, or business development.
•Fluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish-speaking agencies.
•Mandarin proficiency required to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking cross-functional teams.
•Outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with strong data analysis and adaptability.
