Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and maintain relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, thermal control, and adhesive supply partners.
  • •Establish and evaluate supplier KPIs (quality, delivery reliability, cost-effectiveness) and drive corrective actions.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, monitor compliance, and address deviations with stakeholders.
  • •Forecast demand for cylindrical battery cell requirements, optimize inventory, and ensure adequate supplier inventory while minimizing excess.
  • •Lead risk identification and mitigation across supply disruptions, quality, and geopolitical risks; partner with Finance to monitor supply base stability.

Key Requirements
