Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of AVEVA’s flagship global events, including AVEVA World, IGNITE, and customer and executive engagements. Own event strategy, success metrics, budgets, governance, timelines, and critical path delivery across regions and time zones. Partner with Global/Regional Marketing and Sales leadership to drive measurable ROI, attendee experience, and pipeline outcomes while managing stakeholders, vendors, and compliance.

•Develop and execute integrated event strategies aligned to business objectives, marketing priorities, and global brand standards.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of flagship global events and executive engagements, adapting to cultural, commercial, and logistical needs.
•Own project governance, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and critical path management across simultaneous global events.
•Manage stakeholder alignment and executive reporting, including defining success metrics, KPIs, and risk assessments.
•Drive operational and commercial excellence by managing vendors, agencies, venues, purchase orders, invoicing, and compliance requirements.

•Experience managing significant event budgets and vendor/contract relationships, including commercial negotiations.
