Key Responsibilities

  • •Own RMA deliverables end to end for field returns, including tracking returns internally and externally
  • •Build and lead the RMA function and team by defining processes, tooling, metrics, and coaching team members
  • •Test, diagnose, and repair returned products using standard test procedures and escalate or implement fixes as needed
  • •Create customer-facing outputs including quotations for out-of-warranty repairs and repair reports
  • •Maintain accurate RMA data and documentation in SAP and drive turnaround time and improvement against RMA metrics
