Manager, Cards Reconciliations

Manage cards reconciliation operations to ensure risk is controlled and service is delivered according to SLAs with internal clients. Oversee daily exception handling, authorize matched items, and validate monthly reconciliation reports, dashboard reporting, and archiving of records. Track operational risk using tick/account lists and traffic-light reporting, maintain balanced account status, and escalate high-value/long-outstanding issues. Supervise junior colleagues and coordinate automation and system task changes with ITD.
